Coronavirus - Keeping our Guests Safe

Sanitising liquid at the entrance of each property for guests to use.

In house laundry utilising OTEX disinfectant technology on our washing machines. The technology is used in hospitals and care homes as it kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. 

Our housekeeping are wearing gloves and using protective PPE to keep both our guests and themselves safe. 

Our housekeeping team are using commercial chemicals which kill viruses including Covid-19. 

Contactless check-in using pin codes for entry means you don’t need to interact with any members of staff. 

Full sanitisation of rooms after check-out, utilising chemicals which kill the virus. 

Once checked in, our teams will not enter your accommodation. Should you need anything delivered we will coordinate with you directly as to how this will be done. 

Whats the difference between a en-suite room and a superior room?

We have multiple rooms that have en-suites including double rooms and twin rooms. But our superior rooms are larger in terms of living space and have an equipped kitchenette which has a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave.

Is there anywhere can I park my car?

When will I receive my check in information?

We send all your check in information including your allocated room number and pin code a day prior to your arrival. On the day of your check in, we will send you a text message confirming your room is ready for you. Once you receive this text you're free to check in at your convenience. 

Is there anywhere to leave my luggage before or after the check-in/check-out times?

Yes! We are happy to hold your luggage in our office which is located just a 2 minutes walk from Austins. Luggage left with us before check-in is free of charge. We can hold luggage until 2pm for £2.50 and until 5pm for £5.00 after you've checked out.
